This Shipping Policy explains how and when SmarterInstant ships your order. Please read it alongside our Refund & Returns Policy.
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship large appliances to PO boxes. For delivery outside the US, contact us before ordering.
Order processing. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays, from our location in Orange Park, Florida. Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; busy periods may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email once your order ships.
Shipping rates. Standard shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and oversized or freight items are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times. After dispatch, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
Large and freight items. Oversized appliances may ship by freight carrier and take longer to arrive. The carrier usually contacts you to schedule delivery. Please inspect large items on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Tracking your order. Once shipped, we email you a tracking number. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address; reshipping may incur additional charges.
Lost or damaged shipments. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and, for damage, photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
